For agencies
Your team keeps the strategy seat. We do the grind.
The same client budget that buys one video yields a season of content. We produce it underneath your agency, on your direction, under your name.
If you are a holding-company agency
Your clients are asking how you use AI, and a policy slide is not an answer. A demonstration is: here is the film, here is everything that came out of it, here is what got checked first. Your senior people stop cutting versions and go back to client work.
If you are an independent firm
You compete against shops with production departments you cannot afford to staff. Working with us, a small strategic team delivers that output volume without adding headcount, and pitches above its weight class.
The second description is drawn from an independent communications firm we work with: a small senior team, no production department to staff, and our production work sitting underneath theirs.
The volume math
Sell more output, not a lower price
The old way, the client funds one anthem film. It runs on one channel, in one cut, and the project closes. The footage stops working the week the campaign ends.
Working with us, the same shoot walks into the next client meeting as the whole channel plan: a bigger deliverable for the same spend. Every piece still needs a strategy call, a direction, a review, and a versioning decision from your team, so engagements create billable work rather than taking it away.
Put your own client's numbers in
Three inputs, including what your team already produces, so the comparison is against your real baseline and not zero.
The big productions a client actually funds
The social cuts and aspect ratios your team already makes from each hero film
Cuts, aspect ratios, and audience versions if production were not the limit
2.3x
the finished output of the same production budget, against what you produce today
12
finished pieces a year today
28
finished pieces from the same shoots
16
more finished pieces ready for your review
Every one is a new promotional piece and goes through your client's review and submission process. What changes is that they arrive as one batch with shared source provenance, not as 28 unrelated tickets.
This is arithmetic on the three numbers you just set, not a claim about what we have delivered.
Book 30 minutesHow it starts
One campaign first
cQuenced runs paid engagements today with pharma manufacturers and holding-company agencies.
Nobody hands a new production partner their biggest account on day one.
Start
One campaign
A pilot on a single campaign, with the scope agreed up front. Nothing gets re-platformed and no flagship account is the experiment.
Grow
A recurring cadence
The pilot becomes ongoing production from a body of work, monthly or quarterly, with the same people directing it.
Settle
The production layer
We become the standing production layer underneath your strategy work. You stay the face of it and the client relationship stays yours.
Take this with you
Things you can put in front of a client
The one-pager, to print or save as a PDF
The six things we run and the four steps for introducing us, on one page you can forward or hand across a table.
A full monthly report
The real recurring deliverable, rebuilt on a fictional brand so every section is visible. Show it as what a client receives every month.
The six-product walkthrough
Every capability as a scenario a client will recognize, in the order the work happens. Send the link or walk it in the room.
The compliance method
For the client who asks what the AI actually checks. Published letters, a written method, and figures anyone can re-count.
How to introduce us to a client
- 1Pick one campaign that already shot, and that the client felt was underused. Do not pick the flagship.
- 2Ask us what we would make from it. We come back with the list, not a deck.
- 3Take the list into your next client meeting as your idea, because it is: you chose the campaign.
- 4Run the pilot on that one campaign. If it works, it becomes the cadence.
The hard questions
What agencies ask us first
- Does this replace our production team?
- It replaces the grind, not the judgment. Strategy, creative direction, and client counsel stay with your people. The versioning and reformatting that ate their week moves to us, with your team directing it.
- Who owns the client relationship?
- You do. We run underneath your agency, client contact runs through you unless you decide otherwise, and we do not sell around the firms we work with.
- Does AI production cut what we can charge?
- We do not sell your client a cheaper video. We make the same production budget yield a season of content instead of one asset, and every one of those pieces needs strategy, direction, review, and versioning decisions from your team.
- What about clients in regulated categories?
- That is where we started. Every derivative traces frame by frame to the approved master, and language is checked against published FDA enforcement patterns before it reaches your review. Each one is still a new promotional piece, and your client medical, legal, and regulatory process remains the approval authority.
- Can we restrict what source material gets used?
- Yes, per client. If a client permits only footage from their own site and channels, that restriction is enforced when material is taken in. Nothing outside the approved sources can enter that library.
Bring us one campaign
Thirty minutes. Tell us about a client shoot that got underused and we will tell you what we would make from it.
