What cQuenced is

What does cQuenced do?

cQuenced turns video a company has already filmed into new finished video. You send footage and a goal; we produce the cuts, the aspect ratios, and the audience versions and hand them back finished and on-brand for your team to review. cQuenced runs paid engagements today with pharma manufacturers and holding-company agencies.

Is cQuenced software I have to buy and learn?

No. cQuenced is a managed service: we run the software, you receive the work, and there is no seat to buy or system to migrate into. Some clients also take a dashboard and a monthly report, but nobody has to operate anything.

How is this different from software that cuts long videos into short ones?

That kind of software cuts and stops there. cQuenced works out what is in a library, what is worth making from it, what the competition is saying, and which frames came from approved material, then produces the finished pieces. The cutting is the smallest part of the job.

Who is it for?

Pharma brand and medical affairs teams with large approved video libraries, and the agencies and communications firms that serve them. Regulated healthcare is where the work started and where the compliance capability matters most.

How the work runs

How does an engagement start?

With a pilot on one campaign, at an agreed scope. Nobody re-platforms anything, and no flagship account is used as an experiment. If it works, it becomes a recurring monthly or quarterly cadence from a body of work.

How is an engagement priced?

A scoped, fixed-price pilot on one campaign, moving to a recurring monthly cadence when the pilot holds up. We will walk the shape of it on the call.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the footage you want worked on, and a goal. Not a brief, not a storyboard, not a production spec. Which campaign was underused and what the client needs next is enough for a first conversation.

Who owns the output?

You do. The footage you send stays yours, the finished pieces are yours, and your library stays where it already lives.

How fast is it?

Production stops being the bottleneck; your review becomes it. The library is indexed before you ask, so a request starts from what is already there instead of a blank search. A turnaround figure publishes once we have one across enough engagements to mean something.

Compliance and review

Does cQuenced replace medical, legal, and regulatory review?

No. Your review stays where it is and remains the approval authority, and every derivative is a new promotional piece your reviewers judge as one. What changes is what arrives: one batch with the source timecode for every frame back to the approved master, and the language checked against published FDA enforcement patterns first.

What is the compliance checking calibrated against?

A corpus of published FDA OPDP untitled letters and the enforcement patterns derived from them. Warning Letters are a different, more severe instrument. The counts, the date range, and the method are on our proof page and on the live compliance panel.

The public panel scores named brands. Would you ever score ours?

Not on a public surface. The panel covers publicly published promotional material only; client footage is never scored publicly, and work on a client library goes to the client. The panel shows patterns observed in publicly available promotional video, not a determination that any company has violated any regulation, and FDA has not reviewed them.

Do you publish an accuracy number?

Not today. Accuracy figures are being recalibrated against an expanded letter set and will republish when that work lands. Until then we publish the scope of the corpus and the method, so anyone can evaluate it themselves.

What is your security posture for procurement?

SOC 2 Type I and Type II examinations are in progress with an independent third-party auditor; we do not hold a report yet. We are not currently a HIPAA business associate. If your security team needs the engagement letter, ask and we will send it.

Can you restrict which sources are used for a client?

Yes, per client. If a client permits only footage from their own site and channels, that restriction is enforced when material is taken in, and nothing outside the approved sources can enter that library. It is a contract term, not a best-effort one.

For agencies

Will working with cQuenced reduce what our agency can bill?

We do not sell your client a cheaper video. We make the same production budget yield a season of content instead of a single asset, and each of those pieces still needs strategy, direction, review, and versioning decisions from your team.

Do you go around agencies to their clients?

No. cQuenced is the production layer underneath your agency, client contact runs through you unless you decide otherwise, and you stay the face of the work.

If something compliance-adjacent ships under our name, who is responsible?

Your client medical, legal, and regulatory review remains the approval authority and owns what it approves. Every derivative reaches that review as a new promotional piece, with the source timecode for every frame. Our role is scoped to production and provenance; responsibility between your agency and your client is a matter for the agreements you already have.
