Letters issued between September 2025 and August 2026. Corpus as of 2026-08-31.
The corpus covers letters published in a single enforcement year, and one publication date can carry many letters.
These are patterns observed in publicly available promotional video, not a determination that any company has violated any regulation, and FDA has not reviewed them.
Method
How the counting works
Every letter in the corpus is an FDA OPDP untitled letter, published by the agency. Warning Letters are a different, more severe instrument.
One publication date can hold several letters. The count is letters, not dates.
Every page on this site reads these figures from one file at build time, so the count moves when a sweep lands new letters.
Accuracy figures are being recalibrated against the expanded letter set and will republish when that work lands.
