Label Update
When a safety or indication line changes, we find it everywhere it appears in the library we hold: in on-screen text, in charts and graphics, and in the spoken track. Text and graphics come back replaced; spoken lines come back flagged for re-record.
Before cQuenced
Safety language changes. A label update, a new claim, a revised warning. Someone has to search every video that ever used the old line, with no master list to check against, and redo the on-screen text by hand, then resubmit each one for review. Weeks pass, and some videos keep running with the old language because nobody found them in time.
With cQuenced
The change goes in once. Every asset in the library we hold is scanned for the affected line, on-screen and in the transcript, and comes back as one list with the on-screen text and graphics already swapped. Assets we were never given are not in scope, and we name them. Where the old language is spoken in voiceover, the asset is flagged for re-record or retirement rather than quietly fixed. A video-by-video hunt with no master list becomes one batch your reviewers open at once.
