The report drafts its own executive summary from the month’s data, a strategist edits and approves it in place, and every open bet carries forward with a dated status. A bet raised one month shows up the next already marked confirming, killed, or still running. The team gets a running scoreboard, not a fresh story every month.
A real example
Real reports carry client data and named drugs, so we rebuilt one end to end on a fictional brand with fabricated numbers. Same structure, same sections, nothing real in it.
